Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve a music video production date. The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot day. No pre-production, production, or post-production work will begin until payment is received and cleared. Package Scope: The Music Video Production Package includes creative consultation, pre-production planning, a small professional film crew, one (1) shoot day unless otherwise agreed, professional cinema camera and lighting equipment, and up to five (5) days of post-production, including editing, color grading, and delivery of agreed-upon assets. Any services not explicitly listed are not included unless added in writing. Scheduling & Rescheduling: One (1) reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ written notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot may incur additional fees. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the shoot date will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to rebook. Cancellations: All retainers are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after booking, any completed work will be retained and additional costs may still be due based on work completed. Silver Halide Pictures may reschedule due to illness, equipment failure, weather, or force majeure. Payments will be applied to a future date when possible. Creative Direction & Revisions: Creative direction is collaborative; however, final creative decisions remain with Silver Halide Pictures. The package includes one (1) round of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions may be billed at standard post-production rates. Delivery Timeline: Post-production begins once all required assets are received. Typical delivery is 2–4 weeks, depending on project complexity. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a final mastered audio track, securing locations and permissions, and ensuring all performers arrive prepared and on time. Client-caused delays may reduce available shoot or edit time. Usage Rights & Acceptance: Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights for promotional and commercial use. Silver Halide Pictures retains the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes. By submitting payment or engaging services, the client agrees to this policy in full.
