Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment of $500 is required at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. Payments secure your reserved date and time and are applied directly to the scheduled session. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy; Clients may reschedule one (1) time without penalty if cancellation notice is provided at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within a reasonable timeframe, subject to instructor availability. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session forfeit a 10% of the booking fee. No-shows or failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Additional Rescheduling: Any additional rescheduling requests beyond the one allowed reschedule may require: A new booking and payment, orInstructor approval at their discretion Instructor Cancellations: In the unlikely event the instructor must cancel, the client will be offered: A full reschedule at no additional cost, or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible Agreement: By booking a 1-on-1 iPhone Masterclass session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
