Service Description
Best option for a super streamlined crew for creative projects where choreography and organization are extremely important, robust shooting schedule, multiple locations on shoot day and/or production efficiency is a must. Package includes 2 hour Pre-Production planning session, RED Komodo Dragon 6k cinema-grade camera, DJI RS3 Pro gimbal, Sigma Art zoom lenses, Rokinon prime lenses, Client Video Monitor, Expanded Lighting Package with Lighting Technician and Expanded Audio Package with Audio Engineer for movie / commercial quality audio. (BTS) Photographer, Drone packages, Post-Production and Content Licensing are available as add-ons to this package.
Cancellation Policy
The 3-Person Crew Package is designed for high-impact productions requiring increased coordination, creative control, and technical execution. This package includes a Director / Producer, Director of Photography, and a dedicated support crew member handling camera assistance, lighting, or audio. Booking & Payment: A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee are required to secure a production date. The remaining balance is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled shoot. Production dates are not confirmed until payment is received in full. Cancellations & Rescheduling: One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ written notice and is subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedules made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Additional reschedules may require a new booking and retainer. Scope of Production: This package includes three professional crew members and advanced production equipment suitable for complex shoots, multiple setups, or dynamic environments. While this package allows for greater creative and technical flexibility, any expansion beyond the agreed scope—including additional locations, extended shoot days, specialized gear, or additional crew—may result in additional fees. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for securing locations, permissions, releases, and ensuring talent and stakeholders are present and prepared at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client, talent, or location count toward the scheduled production time. Post-Production: Editing and post-production services are not included unless explicitly outlined in the agreement. Additional edit days may be added at the current daily edit rate and are scheduled subject to availability. Delivery & Usage: Final deliverables will be delivered digitally. Usage rights are granted upon full payment. Silver Halide Pictures retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overtime & Additional Services: Production time exceeding the agreed schedule, expanded deliverables, or additional revisions will be billed separately. By booking the 3-Person Crew Package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
