Service Description
Better option for projects where creative solutions are important, tight-timelines, last-minute scheduling, fast paced shooting schedule and constant client interaction are needed. Package includes RED Komodo Dragon 6k cinema-grade camera package, DJI RS3 Pro gimbal, Sigma Art zoom lenses, set of Rokinon Prime lenses, Expanded Lighting Package, Director / Cinematographer and Lighting Technician / Production Assistant. Expanded Audio solution, (BTS) Photographer, Drone packages, Post-Production and Content Licensing are available as add-ons to this package.
Cancellation Policy
The 2-Person Crew Package is designed to deliver elevated production value through a small, collaborative team. This package includes a Director / Lead Cinematographer and a second crew member supporting camera, lighting, or audio, allowing for improved efficiency, creative coverage, and production quality. Booking & Payment: A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee estimate are required to secure a production date. Cancellations & Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed if notified in writing more than 72 hours prior to scheduled shoot date and is subject to schedule availability. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Additional reschedule will require a new booking and deposit. Scope of Production: This package includes two professional crew members and standard production equipment appropriate for moderate-complexity productions. The scope assumes a single primary location and manageable setup requirements. Additional locations, extended production time, specialized equipment, or increased complexity may require additional fees or an upgraded package. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for securing locations, permissions, and ensuring talent is prepared and available at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client, talent, or location count toward the scheduled production time. Post-Production: Editing and post-production services are not included unless explicitly stated in writing. Post-Production edit days may be added at the current daily edit rate and are scheduled subject to availability. Delivery & Usage: Final deliverables will be delivered digitally through Dropbox or Vimeo. Exported files on a flash drive for delivery are available as an add-on for $100. Brand Films / Commercial Content Usage & Licensing Projects include a 12‑month non‑exclusive license for organic web, social media, email marketing, and internal use. Paid advertising, broadcast, extended duration, raw footage, or ownership transfer are not included unless licensed separately. All copyrights remain with Silver Halide Pictures unless a buyout agreement is purchased. Overtime & Additional Services: Production time beyond the agreed schedule, expanded scope, or additional revisions will be billed separately. By booking the 2-Person Crew Package, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
