Service Description
Budget friendly solution for video projects powered by professional skills and experience. Package includes Sony FX3 4k cinema-grade video camera, DJI RS3 Pro gimbal, Sigma Art lenses, production direction and basic audio and lighting solutions. RED Komodo Dragon 6k camera package, Expanded Audio and Lighting solutions, Behind the Scenes (BTS) Photographer, Drone packages, Post-Production and Content Licensing are available as add-ons to this package.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Session Policy Securing Your Session A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total project fee is required to secure your session date. Dates are not held until the retainer has been received and confirmed. The retainer reserves the time, preparation, and opportunity cost associated with your booking. Payment Schedule The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For commercial and brand projects, final deliverables are released only after full payment has been received. Cancellations Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the session are eligible to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the shoot forfeit the retainer fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours notice, and the retainer may be applied to the new date. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer. Weather-related reschedules for outdoor sessions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session length and may result in reduced coverage or deliverables. Excessive delays may be treated as a cancellation. Overtime If additional time is requested or required beyond the scheduled session: Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments Rates are outlined in your estimate or agreement Overtime is subject to availability and prior approval. Usage & Delivery Images and video content are delivered according to the scope outlined in your agreement. Usage rights and licensing take effect only after full payment is received. Silver Halide Pictures retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Force Majeure In the event of illness, equipment failure, severe weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the session may be rescheduled without penalty. Liability is limited to the return or application of payments made. Acceptance By booking a session with Silver Halide Pictures, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
